Visiting the Farm

Are dogs allowed in the Park?
  Unfortunately no. As we have a lot of animals we do not allow dogs in.
However, if you do have to bring your dog please make sure your car is well ventilated and water provided. Do not leave them unattended for long periods especially in hot weather. We have spaces to exercise your dog as well.

    Of course we allow assistance dogs.

Is there parking on site?
   Yes we have free parking

Is the Park wheelchair accessible?
  Yes. A large majority of the park is accessible for all. There is also plenty of disabled parking available and there is a disabled toilet too.

 Can I bring a picnic?
   Yes. The park is a perfect outdoor setting, plus there are many undercover areas that can be used to shelter from the rain or sunshine.

What happens if it rains?
   The beauty of Dairyland is that we offer all-weather fun, therefore if it is raining you can take cover in our indoor play areas or visit the animals in the Haybarn. You can also enjoy a bite to eat inside our Farmhouse Kitchen. 

What animals do you have at the Farm Park?
We have a vast selection of animals, from our large farm animals to our smallest residents at the Bug Zone! We are also home to poultry, small animals including bunnies and Guinea pigs, plus our exotics.

Do you have First Aiders?
  Yes. We have qualified first aiders on-site at all times.

Booking

What if I’m the Carer of a disabled person?
   We offer free entry to anyone providing full-time care and support to a disabled person. One Carer per disabled person only and Carer ID required upon entry.

I have arrived on the wrong date, will I still be allowed in?
   You will still be allowed to access the Farm Park but please be prepared to wait a few minutes longer at the kiosk while we admit any groups that have already booked.

I would like to bring an extra person with me but I haven’t pre-booked their ticket, what do I do?
   You can buy additional tickets at the till upon arrival.
