As we all know these are unprecedented times, and to provide the safest environment possible we have adopted Government and local authority guidelines.

We continue to monitor the guidelines and are fully committed to the health and safety of our employees, visitors and wider community of suppliers and service providers. Also, the welfare of our wonderful animals.

We still have a huge range of activities and things to enjoy for a fun family day out. Take a look at our park map to see what there is to do.

We have introduced several safety measures around the Park, and we ask you to follow, and use them, at all times:

  Maintain social distancing wherever possible

  Enhanced cleaning regimes at high-frequency touchpoints

  Hand sanitiser and washing stations throughout the Park

Please wear a face mask, unless exempt, when in any building or covered area or when requested to do so by a member of staff.
