1. ONLINE SALES TERMS & CONDITIONS
a) All ticket sales through this website are with Dairyland Farm Park Ltd. Tresillian Barton, Newquay, Cornwall Tel:  01872 510 246

b) The details and prices of the tickets that you purchase will be shown on the website at the time of purchase. Prices are inclusive of tax. A £1 booking fee will apply to each booking made. Most major credit and debit cards are accepted in partnership with our payment gateway. Credit/debit card transactions are made on a separate secure server, with full encryption of all credit card data.

c) Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE

d) Once your order is complete, a booking reference with a unique bar-code and number will be automatically sent to your email address. Possession of this booking reference will be regarded as proof of purchase and will entitle you to the items purchases. Before entry we may request the name of the person who booked the tickets, or proof of identity for security reasons.

e) Children under the age of 16 years old are not permitted entry into Dairyland without an adult. They must be supervised by an adult at all times.

f) Babes in arms (under 80cm) are free of charge but still need to be added when purchasing tickets.

g) Disabled visitors are entitled to free admission for one carer which must be selected when purchasing tickets. You may be asked to show evidence of DLA/PIP payments or a photo ID Blue Badge upon entry to qualify for this concessionary rate.

h) Single use tickets purchased are only valid for the date they are booked for as per your booking confirmation. Tickets with a 7 day free return are useable at any point during this 7 day window.

i) Your tickets are not for re-sale and are non-refundable. We cannot refund tickets for the reason of adverse weather conditions. Tickets purchased online cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

j) Single use tickets not redeemed on their booked date will automatically expire and will not automatically qualify for a transfer request. To contact us please phone 01872 510246 or email admin@dairylandfarmpark.com.

k) Dairyland reserves the right to refuse admission to any ticket holder and, in the interest of safety, we also reserve the right to ask guests to leave the park or shut the park at any time.

l) Birthday Parties are non-refundable. A non-refundable deposit is required on the date of booking then the remaining balance is due before the day. A minimum of 10 children are required per birthday party with a minimum payment for 10 children being required, this is regardless of how many members are attending.

 

2. 7 DAY FREE RETURN

a) 7 day free return tickets are valid for the 7 days after your purchase date, e.g. You purchase the ticket on a Monday, they’re valid for and include the following Monday.

b) During the winter period, when our opening times are limited, a free return only includes the days in which we are open (i.e. Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday)

c) If purchasing our tickets from a third party website such as Love 2 Visit or Picniq, these do not come with the 7 Day Free Return. The 7 day Free Return is only valid when purchasing tickets directly from Dairyland.


2. 8 BLACK FRIDAY 2023

a) The Black Friday offer is valid from 9am Friday 24th November 2023 till 11.59pm Sunday 26th November 2023.

b) Valid on our individual memberships

c) New memberships will be valid for 12 months from first use

d) Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable

e) If already booked for Christmas admission we cannot give refunds on tickets already purchased.


2. 9 Gift Vouchers

a) Vouchers are valid for a year from purchase. The gift voucher expiration date will be stated on them and can not be used after that date.

b) Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.

c) Vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or other denominated vouchers.

d) Vouchers can be used throughout the park if used and the total is less than the voucher no change will be given.

e) Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any special promotions, discount tokens, coupons or cards.

f) Vouchers cannot be sold to any third parties without our consent. If we do give our consent then such consent may be subject to any conditions which we impose. In any event you may not sell the Vouchers through the internet without our express written consent, which you must obtain before making any such sale. We reserve the right at all times to refuse to permit any sale of Vouchers by you to a third party.

g) Voucher cannot be used for Pony Rides.



3. OTHER TERMS

a) Memberships are non-refundable.

b) Discounts and promotions hold their own individual terms and conditions and cannot be used in conjunction of any other offers. Management reserves the right to amend or terminate offers and promotions at any time. Discount codes are for online use only.

c) Dairyland Farm Park Ltd reserves the right to refuse entry for any reason including the attraction reaching full capacity.

d) Some outlets or areas may be closed due to maintenance or staffing issues. Please check the website before travelling on the day of your visit for any closures.

e) We regret that due to our licensing conditions we do not allow dogs on park (except guide dogs)..

f) Climbing or standing upon fences, props, barriers, walls, safety fences, rock arrangements, structures, exhibits or buildings is strictly prohibited. Dairyland Farm Park Ltd reserves the right to prosecute any person found damaging or defacing any part of the grounds, fences, barriers, walls, structures, exhibits, fabrics or buildings and to initiate legal proceedings if appropriate.

g) From time-to-time Dairyland Farm Park Ltd or other authorised parties carry out photography and/or video recording at the Park, which may feature visitors and staff.

h) If you have concerns over this then please contact a member of staff and we will ensure that your privacy is protected during your visit.

i) Dairyland Farm Park Ltd takes no responsibility for any loss or damage to such belongings. Sensible clothing and footwear must be worn at all times when in and about the Park. Please note that for health and safety reasons socks must always be worn in the indoor play areas.

j) Vehicles are parked at owner’s risk. Dairyland Farm Park Ltd takes no responsibility for damage caused to any vehicle using the car park. You park at your own risk; we do not guarantee the security of your vehicle and/or its contents. No vehicles are permitted to remain in the Park outside the Park’s normal operating hours.

k) Height, age and/or weight restrictions apply to some attractions, such as Pony Rides, Pony Express & other attractions on park.

l) Any person found to be in the possession of an article deemed to be offensive or dangerous would be immediately escorted from the Park without the right to a refund and be open to prosecution.

m) The consumption of alcohol is permitted only in authorised places within the Park. Accordingly alcohol may not be taken onto the Park.

n) The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited, and any persons found possessing, using or who appear to be under the influence of illegal substances will be refused admission or escorted from the Park without right to refund.


4. ASSISTANCE DOGS

Assistance dogs registered with the following organisations are welcome to visit Dairyland Farm Park when accompanied by and under the control of their owners (dogs in training are unfortunately not included).

These are all member organisations associated with Assistance Dogs UK (ADUK). All ADUK dogs adhere to the highest health, behaviour/training and welfare standards as set out by Assistance Dogs International and the International Guide Dogs Federation. It is essential that we can guarantee such standards, to fulfil our biosecurity regulations, which is part of our Exhibition Licencing requirements.

We also welcome assistance dogs trained through Pawsable, who assess to the above standards.

Assistance dogs will be required to wear an identifying harness, jacket or lead slip at all times whilst on the park. Please be aware entrance for a dog will be refused if identification cannot be provided.

Please note: there are certain areas where assistance dogs may not enter. Details on can be provided on arrival indicating the areas where assistance dogs may not enter.


5. IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION

All visitors MUST read this notice before there visit.

a) At Dairyland Farm Park we are committed to the highest standard of health, safety and entertainment. All guests will show courtesy to others and by entering the premises accept that there are elements of risk in an active lifestyle, which can be reduced by common sense and personal responsibility.

b) All guests have responsibility for their own safety and the safety of others. Children under 16 years of age are under the control of the responsible guest in whose care they are permitted to enter the premises and who assumes full responsibility.

c) Dairyland Farm Park pays the highest attention to health and safety.

d) By entering Dairyland Farm Park you agree to observe the Code and accept that Dairyland Farm Park will not be held liable for any loss or damage howsoever caused.

e) All guests shall:

  1. Take reasonable care for the health and safety of himself/herself and of other persons who may be affected by acts or omissions.
  2. Be responsible for obeying all written and verbal instructions within the Park.
  3. Not engage in any reckless act or activity, which may cause or result in injury to himself/herself or to others.
  4. Not use any facilities when alcohol or drugs impair his or her ability.
  5. Be responsible for knowing and acting within the limits of his or her own ability.

f) If unfortunately you have cause for complaint, please ask to speak to a member of staff who will strive to solve your problem immediately.

j) In the rare event that you are involved in any accident or have any unresolved complaints, please give your name, address and full details to a member of staff before leaving the premises.

k) By purchasing tickets to enter our park (online or at the gate), you hereby acknowledge that you agree to follow and abide by our terms & conditions.

l) The terms & conditions are in place for the interest and protection of our guests and staff.
